“Lee and Raul are the best. I’ve been living in Eastside now since April 2017 and all 3 properties are kept super clean, tidy and beautiful. The apartments themselves are great, and feature air conditioning and recess lighting. Love having access to a clean pool and jacuzzi too. Every Christmas, Lee, and Raul have dropped off little toys for my cats too, and any time I’ve had an issue with anything in the apartment, Raul is quick to get in there and handle it. And Lee is the most helpful and friendly manager ever. Anytime I have general or leasing questions, she’s got answers at the ready with a smile on her face.”
“Lee the manager and Raul the maintenance man are just the best at what they do. The units are upgraded, clean and are continually upgraded. The atmosphere is friendly and quiet and the grounds are well maintained. I just signed for another year. It’s also a great location by restaurants and shopping. It’s nice coming home.”

“Apartment complexes are tricky, and it is rare that a facility gets it right. However, Eastside nails it. The manager, Lee, and her staff are first-class and I very much enjoyed living here for two years. The units are newly renovated, the staff is exceptionally responsive and, for the most part, the grounds are very quiet.“
